To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the Invoice or Packing slip, which was included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Credit.

When you return your item, we recommend that you use a shipping method that offers a tracking system.

• In order to receive credit for “unsatisfied” orders, the original order must be return in good condition. Once we receive and evaluate your package, then we will reship your replacement to you immediately.
