Do you offer a printed catalog?
No. We do not have a catalog book. Many customers prefer viewing our images online. In addition, the products we carry are listed and updated regularly on our site.

How can I be notified when you add new products to your site?
It’s easy. On the Customer Information page, include your email address, and we will notify you of updated changes, new products, special announcements, and promotional offers.

What if I can't find the print I want?
If you need help finding an item on our site, please click on “contact us” on theworldart.com, or call (951) 697-4750. We will be happy to assist you. Further, if the item is not available on the site, we may possibly be able to help you locate the print through other sources. This is not a guarantee, but we will do our best!

What if one or more of my items are discontinued or “Sold Out”?
There is a list on the site of all the products available. If the product is not available we will let you know. Theworldart.com will not charge your credit card or accept any payment unless we have an item ready to ship to you.

How can I tell if an item is in stock?
On each product page and on your shopping cart, there is a phrase that indicates product availability. If a poster or print is available to you, this will state "Usually ships in 24 hours. If the product is not in stock, we will notify you that the shipping process may take longer.
